We are called Trivio — a name that speaks of a meeting point, where three roads come together — because that is where we come from: three different paths, three different lives, all moving in the same direction. First and foremost, we are sisters. We grew up among our family’s olive trees in Montalbano Jonico, learning to recognise good olive oil long before we could put it into words.

A land
that binds us together

Lucanian
olive groves

carefully tended
by our family
All our olive oil comes from Lucanian olive groves, carefully cultivated by hand, within our family. Each bottle is the result of a process that is simple yet rigorous: harvesting at the right moment, cold extraction, and the utmost attention to quality.
