SENSORY PROFILE
On the nose, it opens with a medium-intensity fruitiness, where the vegetal notes of fresh grass and leaf intertwine with hints of apple and almond. On the palate, bitterness and pungency are present yet well balanced: the structure of Coratina is softened by the roundness of Ogliarola and Leccino, leading to a harmonious finish with delicate almond notes. Fluid and well balanced, with good persistence.
